We are delighted to confirm that after the fantastic success of last years concert we are doing it a...
We are very pleased to say that we have recently donated £1000 of our fund in order to help the ongoing efforts for Matthew Cooper from Telford.
Matthew is an 11 year old boy who has been living at Birmingham childrens hospital since August when he was diagnosed with brain and spinal cancer. He underwent surgery to remove tumours but suffered strokes following the operation, leaving him partially paralysed.
His home now needs completely adapting to accomidate Matthews return when he is well enough. This is going to cost thousands of pounds and there is a online campaign to help his family reach the total needed. We are very happy to have made a contribution and wish Matthew a speedy recovery and all the best for the future.
Ben and his mom Louise can be seen here at Wrockwardine Wood Junior school with Matthews head teacher Mrs Henry, and a parent Mrs Lucas who started the online campaign to help Matthew.
Get well soon Matthew :-)
